HOPE’s free clinic sees medically under-served patients 4-6 days a week with medical and dental services, mental/behavioral health counseling, diabetes health education, mammograms, flu shots, and more.

While we do not charge our patients, there are real costs to providing these critical services.

Will you join HOPE in continuing to bring access to vital health care for our neighbors most in need?

PICK A DAY IN OCTOBER & SUPPORT HOPE

Choose a date in October that you will sponsor HOPE. Pay the dollar amount of the day you selected. Select as many days as you would like to sponsor HOPE. You Can Pick More Than One Date.

Ex: If you choose the 20th, then you donate $20 to HOPE. Cash or Check Donations Accepted, or Scan QR Code for a Debit or Credit Card Donation.

Your Support Helps HOPE continue its FREE healthcare services to those in need.
